Similar or same font

We have had our logo for 6 years now. Our clients are familiar with it, so we dont want to scrap it and create a new one. However, we are looking to start the year 2012 with a revamped logo. The C &amp; I are important characters in the logo. The globe sure does need updating. The fonts (Planning. Arch., Eng. &amp; PM) are too small to be properly readable.
