Great experience working with this designer!

I have a basic logo design that I created on power point a while back. It is attached below. I would like to revamp the logo adding more professional elements to it, while keeping the picture of the technicians (very important). Would consider changing color scheme to blue/orange or adding black, gray elements. Also attached are a couple of logos I like.

Worked hard to find a design that worked for us, and was responsive to suggestions for changes. Recommended.

We're looking to create a an image for a company mascot, NOT a logo with text, which would be a "green seal", that looks well educated, maybe with a tuxedo and/or a top hat giving a thumbs up. 

The idea is that our company uses Green Seal Certified (healthy) products for cleaning carpet, furniture, rugs and tile, so it should say "healthy" "smart choice" and "green seal". Possibly with something that says "clean" or "cleaning".

Our farm focuses on practices that improve the land we grow on. Most farms in this industry inject nutrition and do not put effort into making the soil healthier. We would like our logo to have some psychedelic aspects as well as images that focus on organic farming. We are veteran owned

I am wanting a design that i can put on jackets, tshirts, envelopes, nothing to extreme but nothing boring either. Thanks, i uploaded another picture if we could get a design something along the lines with train tracks a big rig in the middle and the name above that would be awesome, and id like a kenworth w900 as the truck in the middle.
