2. Those with bright African colours ie bright orange or burnt orange

1st logo is for South America; for city like Cancun, Tulum, Rio de Janero etc.
2nd logo is north America; for city's like NYC, Montreal, Toronto, Vegas etc.

I would like some black and yellow colors,  and add a bee in there somewhere.  I'd like it to be simplistic but edgy and something that can catch someones attention. 

Really captured the essence of what I hoped the logo would display. Added a number of designs with variety that sparked the ultimate design. Great talent!

I haven't settled on any colors so a variety would be good. My company consults with employers to build employee benefit programs that reduce costs and improve benefits by diverging from the status quo. The name of the company comes from looking at where healthcare costs have gone wrong and returning to trusted principles that will make healthcare and insurance benefits sustainable.
