Use of the name with very little graffics

I would like to incorporate the star and like the colors to this point.  Colors included in the attached logo are Pantone 165 C for orange and 425 C for the gray.  If there are some other color variations that may work better, I'm open to reviewing.

Great designs and patient with our requests for changes.

We want something that goes along the lines of maple sugaring, maple leafs...maybe rustic wording? or wording that is shaped like a maple tap? We are also local VT Maple sugar makers so incorporating  VT or the state outline or the state abbreviation etc in the logo is important. something bold and unique

I&#039;m very disappointed that the horse head used was not an original design.  It was taken exactly from the Appaloosa Horse Club(American) logo.  Is this not plagiarism?  Since we at AHAA report to the Appaloosa Horse Club its not good that we share the same logo or portion of!   I wish I had noticed this before I selected it as a winning design. Paying $233 CAD was not an acceptable price for a copy! Please advise

We had a club member design some trophies so I have attached that logo that we&#39;d like to use as an idea board.  Is it possible to simplify this design as we&#39;d like to do embroidery and vinyl products with it.  2-3 color maximum. Also would like the letters AHAA incorporated.<br />
Open to completely new ideas too.  I want simple and I know this design that I&#39;ve attached is NOT.<br />
Our horses look like the images attached though.  They do not have flowing manes or lifted tails.
