I'd like to incorporate mountains, a compass, a sprocket (as the outside ring of the compass) and an adventure style (dual purpose) motorcycle with the name of the site.

The Event is both Ice Fishing &amp; Snowmobiling. Please include both an ice fishing tip up &amp; snowmobile in the the logo in the center. The name of the event can be above and below the center. Maybe the text of “Mitch Fish Ice Fishing Tournament” on the top and the text of “Snowmobile Trip” on the Bottom.
Using the outline of the state of Wisconsin as the center would be perfect. And a star where the event takes place (shown on the Wisconsin picture included). Using a picture of a northern pike fish would be nice too (image of pike attached).

We would like the title, year (2019), and something (symbol) related to Kansas City like Skyline or Union Station. We need image to be able to be for a medal 3.5-4 inch in diameter (circle) AND for a Pin about 1.5 inches.

I'd like this to be simple and easy to read as this is for a website/blog. It's about literature and writing, so nothing too overly-done. Simple, classy, literary (but not overusing the "pen"  or "book" image). Thanks!

I have attached a rough layout of what we want.  We would like Lake Tahoe to be the background image and the Reno Tahoe to go through it.  The idea is to use the E from Reno and the O from Tahoe as the EO going vertical in the lake.  We need to use the E and the O design from the EO website.  We would like this to be our chapter's logo for some time to come so it needs to be very cool and hip and modern.
