Very reactive and carfully listening to my comments to propose variations of the initial logo proposal. 
I definitely recommend this talented designer !!

I see some green, brown, beige as the main colors
I see a cool little logo composed of a cartoon style 30 y.o. gardener (me) , with a cap or red hat and smiling. 
Maybe a logo of me behind wheelbarrow, or holding carotts (prefered option) or flower pot.
Then the "Tom in the garden" is written below.
Round logo is for me the prefered option but not compulsory

Response time was excellent and even personable and I felt this designer really listened and implemented change in the direction I was explaining to go.  He was open to trying new things and getting this design just perfect.  I am so happy with the final product!

Give me something unique and artsy - no roof lines, not something 80% of other realtors have.  I love Art Nouveau.  My current logo is of a California Poppy and Texas Bluebonnet - those flowers are on purpose and part of my story.  So I'd want that same colorful look incorporated, but it needs to have cleaner lines that translate well to printed formats as well as across different media platforms in full color and gray scale.  Watercolor background is NOT a must.  I'd like the Realtor/Interior side represented in the picture as well.  I don't want a literal house that a lot of realtors have, I want something unique and suggestive or maybe a vignette with a closeup part of a home or a window - I Love looking in windows to catch glimpses of how people live - with the flowers at the bottom.  I am not trendy and prefer a unique design.

In my mind, the logo is a circle with "Bus Stop Burger" as the rounding text. Inside the circle is a burger with the silhouette of a bus. But obviously feel free to do what you think is best. I do want the bus idea (flat nose, skoolie) to be a integral part of the design. I've attached some other skoolie (convered school bus) logos for reference. I am hoping the theme can be yellow and black to keep with the school bus theme.
