I would like to use a black colour for the Balloon Life character text.

I want to have main 2 colours for the design. The first colour is Tiffany blue and the second colour is up to the designer.

A balloon or balloons are not necessary for the logo, or they may be very abstract. The logo should project stylish and modern image.

I'd like an antique silver, similar to the 2nd picture with wording inside the star.
I would like a blue background.  If possible, use a 5 pointed star exactly like my second picture, put Silver Star where "Secret" is and "Investigations" where "Service" is, and place star on a blue background.

we specialize in pre-engineered steel buildings.  No post-frame, pole buildings, residential house roofs or tools used in logo please.   

We want our logo to really make a statement on our job site signs (4 x 8).  Something when potential customers are driving by and see it, they will want to call for their project.
