Colours should be green and blue, but I am flexible. A round design or circular design is preferred. I offer inspiration in the images below and the example logos above.
I prefer an AI, digital technology symbol combined with symbols for biotech/life (i.e. DNA).
Font for Life Science and  Technology Park should be the same (perhaps Life Science a little bigger).
Moreover, we prefer a white background over a black background.
