CAP 21 is the 5th Asia-Pacific Congress organised by the International Federation of French Teachers. Hosted in Singapore, the aim of this conference is to foster inter-cultural exchange and multilingualism as well as to explore the challenges associated with the teaching of French as a foreign language in the APAC region. The celebration of French as an international language is at the heart of this event.

Instructions：
We would like a simple but modern, flat logo with a graphic that would symbolize the French language and Singapore, i.e. the main theme and the venue of the Congress.
Main color will be: #0b4777. However we do not want a single colour logo. We are open to suggestions to colours that may (but need not to) refer to the colours of the French flag or Singapore. An inspiration for colours (but not the style!) can be the picture that we attach to the description.
