My idea is a logo that definitely has a Chinese flavor to it with the words  "Golf Cart" being dominate and in a normal readable font. The word "Chinese" in some sort of Asia font. Please use the abbreviation "Co." for company.  Some what of a caricature in design, colorful with high contrast, something you might find at Disney World. Maybe a golf cart image incorporated possibly hide a Chinese "junk" boat or wooden shipping boxes with Chinese writing on them that say "parts". I think a wider than taller (landscape as opposed to portrait) layout is best. Fonts should be easily read. You may want to incorporate the following Chinese symbols 高尔夫球车修理  which means golf cart repair.
