Our logo gonna be very simple, we are a compagny affiliate with another compagny so our logo need to be realy similar if not identic on a few aspect. 
Here a few idea we are looking for: Color need to be identic or similar, the fist holding the hammer probably replacing by a a fist holding a lightning. Try to make identical with a few modification on our logo compared to Toiture Ultima logo. You are free to explore any direction to help us have an unique signature on our logos. Keep in mind we are mature and serious man, so no kidos looking logo please.
