This is a logo design for a particular product in our company. The company name is TERPS. This logo is for a product called TERPS CHILLER. The "TERPS" part of the logo is already created. Please do not re create this logo, but rather make the CHILLER logo smoothly incorporate with it. 

The vision I have for the logo I want you to create is to be a similar look and feel of the ICE logo attached.  It should have a similar look and feel. The logo also must also have a separate mono color version (just 2 colors with no gradients).

The Word TERPS should be on top and the word CHILLER below.

Again the final logo file should have the TERPS logo and CHILLER logo together to look like one.
