- Special Needs Housing Randy and Jana have created a new brand, legacy Investors (legacyinvestors.us) for the purpose of “Solving the Special Needs Housing Crisis” not only in the United states but the entire world. Obviously this is a big hairy audacious goal but the intent is to use a variety of investor models versus trying to solve the problem through nonprofit organizations. Using their past teaching experience, real estate knowledge, and Jana’s special education expertise, they are writing a book and designing a course to teach other investors how to go out into their respective markets to create how legacy in their communities. Target Audience: Real Estate investors, and parents of special needs children and adults.
