I think it might be cool to have the army man appear as of he is standing on some grass. I think his hat should almost cover his eyes but not totally. I don't want the army man to appear too cartoony. He should look powerful and it should feel like he is looking ahead to the mission (mowing someone's lawn) that he must accomplish. Like looking forward to mission completion. If you need to show more of his eyes to do this that is fine. I am right handed so the motor part of the weed whacker should be on his right side.
