Here is what I have at the moment which I do not like. It is too clunky and not refined and the font isn't great. 

What I want is basically a Bee sewing (it can be hand sewing, machine sewing would be better but not knitting), while reclined on a therapist's couch.

I am open to other ideas so let your creative juices flow.

When using the word TheraBee id like it in a mix of upper and lower case as I just used.

Some use of the different stitch types that a sewing machine produces might work in different colours.

Sewing is all about colours so lots of colours would not be a bad thing as long as it is not gaudy. It has to look refined and classy.

If possible I'd like a 700 x 120 pixels ratio for the website but also a square version.

It was a pleasure to work with a designer that actually designs rather than just throws in clipart.
