The logo is for a marketing agency focussing on small businesses (hence the name). We are trying to portray a fun, quirky image.
Instructions：
I WILL BE PURCHASING AN ADDITIONAL 5 IMAGES FROM THE WINNER.
The logo must feature the name of the company.
I would like the logo to feature a ginger, nerdy looking mascot (similar to the attached images). He must be very skinny.
The logo must have the mascot standing on a 1st place podium with his hands aloft, cheering. He should be dressed like a boxer and be wearing a gold medal.
There should be two strongmen standing on the 2nd and 3rd placed podiums (wearing silver and bronze medals) hanging their heads, looking sad. They should also be dressed as boxers and have a black eye and bloody noses.
PLEASE DO NOT COPY THE ATTACHED IMAGES EXACTLY; THEY ARE THERE FOR INSPIRATION.
