4 COLOR design that also looks good in straight black/white (for glass etching and printing purposes). 

Using the City Logo attached, I am looking to have a logo created of a Glencairn glass with the streaking star inside of it. I would like for it to be fairly large so it looks good for embroidery or printing.
I also like 2 rings circling the Glencairn glass. In between the rings, I would like "Plano" wrapped around on the top and "Whiskey Society" wrapped on the bottom from left to right.
