Have you ever looked at a logo for the first time and thought “I’ve seen that somewhere before?” You probably have. Just as fashion has trends, logo design has trends too. Some of these trends become so popular that over time they fall into clichés. They become standard, expected, and lose their impact – the opposite of what a logo should do.
I’ve created a simple, easy-to-use info-graphic that can help you determine if your logo needs some revising. So what about your logo, does it fall into one of the many design clichés?
