Instructions：
I don't want the "Medical Billing" part to get lost in the "Stone Creek" part. I think I want "Medical Billing" to be a strong element. However, if you have a brilliant idea where Medical billing is not quite as prominent I will not rule it out.

I want to have a favicon which would match the graphic part of the logo I'm choosing but I don't know how to go about getting that. Any suggestions on how to coordinate that? It will be really simple for the designer to split from the text I think.
