Thanks for reading! www.realworldleader.com aims to developing leadership and business skills as an authority site, with a lot of quality free content, and in time some paid content. Our audience will be people looking to develop their career and skills, who are not yet senior leaders. I'm looking for a logo for use predominantly online, at the header of the website, within youtube videos, on social media etc.

I'm no designer, so you have quite a free reign! My instinct is that I don't just want the words, I'd like some kind of symbol or abstract ideally with a connection to leadership. Aiming for something professional, but not stuffy. In terms of colours, I currently use #685c79 on the site, and I will use an orange similar to #f27400 for call to actions. However, these colours are not yet set in stone so again you have free reign, and if I like your colours better I could change the site. The logo will probably generally sit on a white background. Excited to see what you come up with!
