Ferguson Health Care T-Shirt design

Ferguson Health Care is a solo practice family physician office. We would like a t-shirt design for our employees to wear. I'm looking for something fun and colorful on the back of the shirt, with something similar (but smaller, of course) on the front pocket area. A family physician treats all members of the family, from infants through the older years. A wide variety of conditions are treated. Preventive care is also emphasized.
