HTI Catalysts is a collaborative network whose mission is to empower and grow organizations, leaders and the greater community through coaching, curriculum, and Catalytic Courses. We abide by a group of core principles. Some descriptive words that fit our culture are, engaging, purposeful, hands on, inspiring, process and evidence based, high energy, able to relate. What we do- coaching, curriculum development, facilitation, youth development.

We'd like the abbreviation HTI and word Catalysts worked into the design symbiotically (best word for the feel we're wanting). Our subtitle is A Network of Consultants. We would like a logo where that could be added to say website, business cards and other branding opportunities. This description of a catalyst says it well: Catalysts create an environment to make the reaction energetically more favorable. The catalyst ensures the reaction occurs more rapidly than it would otherwise. We would like an image that says that. That we the Catalysts brought positive energy, enthusiasm and clarity to the team. By coaching leaders, facilitating courses and meetings and developing curriculum that grounds the work. We took the team to the next level. We were the catalyst.
