We don't care for having initials in the logo. We also don't like the houses like on #6. Creek and Apartments shouldn't be on the same line. Apartments should really sit by itself since the name is so long.

Merrill and Creek need to be on the same line together. Maybe try some without the word "apartments"...just " The Greens of Merrill Creek".
