Our target audience is real estate investors, buyers, sellers & agents.

- Looking for minimalist design that allows for easy recognition allowing the logo to be versatile (ability to work around variety of mediums and applications), memorable and timeless A logo must be versatile. An effective logo should be able to work across a variety of mediums and applications. From the attached sketch: This is just to give an idea. The house can be colored all black and the font inside the house "PLAN D" to be in white and the font outside "REALTY" to be in black Ideally work with 2 colors (black/white) but if something exceptional maybe involve a 3rd color (gold/blue)
