I would like "LEAN" and the "UX" in "tUXedo" stand out or be in the same font. The idea behind Tuxedo is that its stylish, formal and classy. I would like to imagine that if James Bond asked a UX company for help he would come to us :) so if we can incorporate a Tux in the logo it would be very cool. Silver on Black is what I like but I will leave it up to you if you think you can deliver a better result using your own colour palette. Please do not feel that the font and colour of the Mad Men logo needs to be followed. Its the silhouettes that I'm interested in.
