We need a general t-shirt design for our real estate office. we are located in Wailea , Maui, Hawaii we sell luxury real estate so we do not want anything cartoony. We are looking for something with a classic but casual style. We would want to be able to use this shirt for our agents to wear as well as to give out as promotional item. we would like our logo incorporated along with our tag line "Maui's Luxury Real Estate Leaders" it needs to be cool looking and more than just the logo and the tagline

Aloha Designers, thank you for all your efforts. as I am looking at the designs coming in I realize a little less emphasis on the logo and the tag line and more emphasis on a cool design might be in order. we are trying to create a shirt design that people would want to wear and not feel like a walking billboard. Unfortunatly our company does not have NIKE status and our logo is not that cool to be that prominent. Also feel free to take some creative liberties with the logo and tag line. it is also ok to leave the tag line off if you are not able to work it in...Thanks again for all your efforts.
