We are launching a new Fish and Chip shop in Orlando, FL. The design of the shop is to be very clean, modern and European. Restaurant will be eat in and take away also offering a corporate lunch service. We have attached images of the look we are going for inside the restaurant.

Instructions：
Clean and to the point. No cartoon images. We kind of like the look as if the logo has been stamped from a wooden ink stamper. The logo will be used on store front windows, menu's, takeaway bags, clothing and other stationary, so will need to work and pop from a variety of background colors when used in print. We really don't like cartoon style images. Prefer a modern font that will suit all uses. Images below display the look we will replicate.
