What is Intranetizen?
Intranetizen is a technology blog focussed on intranets and digital workplace (enabling you to work anywhere). We encourage debate and discussion and try to push the envelope of conventional thought. It is written by four leading practitioners who share their day to day expertise to readers.
What does the name mean?
The name is a concatenation of two words:
Intranet: A website for employees
Netizen: A portmanteau of internet and citizen ie. a user of websites

What’s needed?
A fresh new logo for our updated website that we’re launching very soon. A logo you can ID from across a room and can be printed on a badge, pin, pen or billboard and will still work.
Colour
We’re using #ffad43 orange in our new site. The new logo must include this color but other supplementary colors are up to you
Format
Hi-res version for our blog plus any print materials (eps and jpg)
Style
We are fans of typography! Our new site will use the Raleway font but don’t feel obliged to stick with this in the logo
We’d like to help people pronounce our name. It’s pronounced either INTRAnetizen, intraNETizen but never intranetIZEN
We’d like to focus on two important words: intranet and netizen
We do need a graphical identity element to the logo so we can use it for name badges or our twitter avatar
