A new high class boutique tourism resort directly on famous Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta Mexico Target Market Couples and singles with time and disposable travel and entertainment dollars to fund short term (2 weeks and less) sun vacations. More interested in urban experiences and inclined to repeat destinations rather than continually seek and explore new places. They have a level of sophistication greater than their budget. Desire the choice of “quiet revitalization” or “exuberant partying” within one destination and within one vacation but each requires logistical convenience. Educated, progressive and “social”, ie active participants or people watchers. Positioning Statement “Sapphire by Michel”, where sun and sea meet casual urban sophistication. Offering to Customers An integrated vacation destination on the bay that provides ocean view suites, a chic beach front restaurant and a comfortable, exclusive beach club under the management of an established Puerto Vallarta hospitality professional .
