I like that the tag line has 3 "B" in it. Could use B to the power of 3 in the logo. The logo must also live in the same environment as the 2 samples attached. They can be different, but must live on the same pages / documents. Saying this, I hate the two sample logos! This logo must excite someone who is passionate and is driven to better themselves.
