Instructions：
The logo designer must following these rules:
1. Do NOT follow current trends: http://www.logolounge.com/logotrends/
2. Logo MUST be a vector image so it can be scaled to any size
3. Cannot contain stock art and must be 100% original
4. Client (me) retains all copyrights to image / logo
5. No copying other logos or work, even if you did the work
6. One font used throughout the entire logo
7. Colors should be added last to the logo. Logo should be shown in black and white first and then in color
8. Primary color should be #2FA4E7 should use other colors from this Twitter Bootstrap theme: http://bootswatch.com/cerulean/
