The CP2N (National Joint Negotiation Committee) is an agency of the state responsible for contributing to employee and employer negotiations branch training (collective agreement). It operates within the FFP (Federation of Professional Training). It is composed / represented by each union and the employer, more than 40 people seats in the commission. The current president is currently represented by the employers' business in 2014 there will be new internet election and the president must be the wage sector. This committee is very active, there is a lot of discussion, ideas exchange.
