    Logo Name
    Monkey Mojo Games
    Company Intro
We make video game apps for mobile devices. Our games get people active as they play. Our tagline is Games that Move You.
    Instructions
    - We DO want a representation of a monkey that works well in color and black & white (full body, silhouette, face, or something else) - We DO want a monkey that looks fun, unique and full of personality - We DO want to suggest somehow in the image that the monkey has "mojo" - e.g. spirit, power, magic, potency, energy, glow, etc. - We DO want to include the name Monkey Mojo with the tagline Games that Move You in smaller letters below. - We DO want to convey the positive spirit that many associate with monkeys (energy, action, creativity, cleverness, fun) - We DO want to appeal to males and females who are 5 - 25 years old - We DO want something clean and sleek, that's not cluttered or too messy looking - We DO need to include a TM with both "Monkey Mojo" and "Games that Move You" - We DO NOT want to represent any video game controllers in our logo - We DO NOT want our monkey to look like either the monkey named "mojo" from the Simpsons cartoon or the simian villain named "mojo" from the PowerPuff Girls cartoon. We discovered these monkeys after we selected this name. - We DO NOT want an image that conveys the danger, dirtiness or destructiveness that some people associate with monkeys - We DO NOT want a monkey face that looks like generic clip art (if you plan to include a face in your logo design) - personality! :) Some Possible Design Features to convey the spirit of the name: - Option 1: Have a monkey jumping on / squashing / shattering / impacting one of the words in our company name. - Option 2: Have a monkey striking a heroic or active pose - e.g. climbing, leaping, flying, kicking, etc. - Option 3: You make up something cool and wow us --- LOOKS WE LIKE - Icons from various American Football teams - e.g. miami dolphins, seattle seahawks, denver broncos - Logo of monster energy drinks - we love the black background, the monster claw mark, and the glow. Great triple-layered meaning (letter M + "monster was here" claw mark + unmistakeable depiction of power). This is brilliant. - Mighty Mouse - 2010 reboot (rumored) - http://toolzofthetrade.blogspot.com/2010/05/in-development-mighty-mouse.html - we like the general look and heroic pose of the mouse but not the background color or overly busy look of the rest of the poster. We prefer something much cleaner & sleeker in overall composition. - Flying Giraffe - http://loopydave.deviantart.com/art/Flying-giraffe-258060603 - the graphic quality and the whimsical spirit of this picture make us smile every time we see it. - Pandamonium 1 - http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7Jf2tOY4lnY/UCmhOFZnL6I/AAAAAAAACRI/xz1ML1XucsQ/s400/Pandamonium+11th+Anniversary+Ale.jpg - This hilarious image has an edginess and self-consciously ridiculous quality of the kind that might be interesting to invoke. It's also way too messy for a logo, however. - Pandamonium 2 - http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71IUnvBnsfL._SL1000_.jpg - This simple and clever absurd artwork uses negative space cleanly on an interesting gritty background. - Netherrealm Studio has a logo with a great-looking font that matches the company name in its look - the back-to-back Rs right in the middle are especially unique and memorable - but also a great swirling orange whirlpool / sun background that suggests power and magic. We think both elements are great. http://b.vimeocdn.com/ts/124/662/124662022_640.jpg
