Operation 10 Kilos is a competition based online health, fitness & weight loss program / challenge. Participants are required to sign up online, receive their Operation 10 Kilo's e-book - eat healthy, exercise / train and stay motivated. Their mission: Lose 10 kilos of unwanted bodyfat weight by the deadline (usually around 12 weeks).

So it has a military style theme but is fun, team based i.e. work mates form teams etc. This event will be launched globally in November 2013.
