Citizens can report unsafe or non-emergent problems via their smartphone or tablet with a QR reader. Our patent-pending grid tags/placards with assigned QR codes can be placed on streetlights, bus stations, construction sites, elevators, etc.

I like the idea of the written word "Quick" with lines in between (representing motion) a stick figure that's making a report via their smartphone (Please see attached).
This is just an idea to get the creative juices flowing. The whole point of the message is that customers can make easy safety reports via their smartphones and receive immediate repairs.
