The mark must be modern and colorful with added colors of the Italian flag. 
 
The logo is intended for the international franchise of sandwiches, made in Italy 
 
I leave free choice of idea.

Simple, cool, mean look, bone fish skeleton fish with sunglasses, it has to be cool,  name Shanes baits incorporated in to a fish (bass), something that can be printed on shirts and caps.

I love the old brewery design of the past.
